Physical activity will improve your health and help you maintain your independence as you age. In these classes you will learn safe and functional exercises, aimed to improve joint mobility, muscle strength, flexibility and balance. It is very important to keep active through your daily life and being part of a group class also gives you an opportunity to socialize and have fun.

L’activité physique rehaussera votre santé et vous permettra de demeurer autonome alors que vous avancez en âge. Ces classes vous permettront d’apprendre des exercices sécuritaires et fonctionnels qui rehausseront l’amplitude de vos articulations, votre force musculaire, votre flexibilité et votre équilibre. Il est important de demeurer actif dans la vie quotidienne et en faisant partie d’un groupe vous avez l’occasion de socialiser et de vous amuser.
