Svaroopa®Yoga specializes in releasing tension in the body in a gentle but profound way. Classical yoga poses are done with precise alignments, props for support and individual adjustments to allow muscles to lengthen out. Opening along the spine, breathing practice and relaxation quiets the mind, calms the emotions and allows an experience of inner peacefulness and bliss.
Level 2 - for those who have previous experience with Svaroopa®Yoga. Students learn "core opening" of the spine in more challenging poses with less support. They further develop their awareness of subtle changes within the body.
Mondays 11:00 to 12:30 pm starting September 11th for 10 weeks. Note that there is no class on October 9th - Thanksgiving weekend.
Le Yoga Svaroopa® vise avant tout à réduire la tension dans le corps d’une façon douce mais profonde. Les poses de yoga classique sont effectuées dans des alignements très précis; des outils pour offrir de l’appui ainsi que des ajustements individuels permettent aux muscles de s’étirer. L’extension de la colonne vertébrale, les respirations et la relaxation détendent l’esprit, calment les émotions et offrent une expérience de paix et de bonheur intérieurs.
