Nordic Walking incorporates 90% of all body muscles and burns up to 46% more calories compared to walking. Walking poles improves stability, balance and walking gait and there is less impact on knee and hip joints.
We are outside, please dress for the weather; hat, sunscreen and small bottle of water.
Nordic Poles are provided for free or may be purchased at the class.
All ages are welcome. We will be walking about 5+KM or 60 minutes after week 1)
