Open to anyone with a desire to express themselves through movement.  No previous dance experience required.

This is a place to discover the wisdom that already lies within your body.  It is a place to connect - with community and with yourself.  It is a place to create and share ideas and stories individually and collectively.  It is a place to feel safe and comfortable letting your body say what it needs to say, and dance from the inside out.>>
