FAQs
We typically offer seasonal-based camps (e.g. skateboarding camps in the summer).
The age range for camps is typically between 5-12 years of age.
Yes, however, we recommend registering through our website's camp directory.
There are no deadlines for camp registration.
Payment options include, in-person and through our online store (cash, cheque, and debit/credit card). We do not accept electronic-money transfers (e-transfer).
Meals are not typically provided at camps.
In the case of inclement weather outdoor-based camps, campers will be moved inside the building for other activities.
Refund Policy
Refunds / Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing. No cancellations will be accepted by phone. Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the first day of camp will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the first day of camp will not be refunded. No refunds will be granted for missed days or absence from camp.
Changes
All camp registration changes must be received in writing. No changes will be accepted by phone. Changes made up to 2 weeks before the first day of camp will be processed with a $50 administrative fee. No changes will be accepted after the 2 weeks preceding the start of camp.
